Had my second reflexology session with Louise last night. Was soo good felt really relaxed when i got home . I slept like a log didn't want to get up this morning . Can't wait for the next time .

I had a repeat reflexology session with Louise this morning and it was just fantastic. Louise is brilliant at what she does, I was so relaxed it was almost like I was in a different world. A great way to quieten the mind and escape from reality for an hour. I will definitely be back as this is a vital component of myself care.
